Head Coach: John McSheffery

Coach McSheffery is entering his 5th year coaching, 2nd year with Commerce ISD. He is the Defensive Coordinator, Head Powerlifting Coach and also teaches math at the high school. Previously, he taught/coached at Sulphur Springs High School. He is recently married to his beautiful wife, Meagan for one year. He graduated from West Texas A&M University with his Bachelor's Degree in Sports & Exercise Sciences in December 2012 and Master's Degree in Sports Management in December of 2013.
